Manage subscription

Your Premium subscription is managed entirely by Apple or Google. Cancellation, pause or plan changes are available at:

  • iPhone: Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > CEDRUMO
  • Android: Google Play Store > profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > CEDRUMO

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Your collection is preserved. Premium features (Evening Planner, Rum, Luxury Dashboard) are hidden, but your entries remain in your private area.

How secure is my data?

Sign-in is anonymous with no personal identifiers. Your collection data is stored in your own area on Firebase (Google Cloud, EU region). Transit is encrypted.

Can I use CEDRUMO on multiple devices?

Yes, with Premium your collection syncs automatically across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. Please contact reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or the Google Play Help centre.
