Simply photograph the cigar band and CEDRUMO takes care of the rest. The app scans the cigar and suggests the brand, series or line, country of origin, blend with blend notes, along with matching aromas and tasting notes. You enter the format yourself, it is not detected automatically. Then a quick check, confirm, done.

Before launch, CEDRUMO was extensively tested in a closed beta by real cigar enthusiasts. Their feedback went directly into the app's development, from cigar recognition to simple everyday use.
97% of scanned cigars were correctly identified, 66% of them spot on in the very first round. The second round brought a clear, noticeable improvement. Remaining inaccuracies mainly concerned the country of origin. An object deliberately tested that was not a cigar was correctly rejected as such.
